	Ensure the customers opinion develops our strategy on how we can improve and better our service.
	Train our staff to a level where they are competent to deliver our services.
	Request our staff treat every customer to "Cummins & Pope " as we would wish to be treated ourselves with respect, courtesy and understanding.
	Train and advise our staff in customer approach.

Historic Buildings

Cummins & Pope Ltd have been established within the specialist refurbishment industry for over 40 years and have encountered many Historic Listed Buildings within our long history.

We work with various specialist joinery companies who are vetted by Cummins & Pope and support the same enthusiasm and craftsmanship as ourselves. We understand the need to ensure that historic materials and criteria are matched to the Listed Building Officers requirements and as such our joiners can produce specialist molding and cutting equipment to match the specific details and requirements.
